Regarding your Dental Insurance Benefits

All insurance is accepted in our office. and will be submitted electronically. We will file your claims immediately, and you can expect reimbursement from your insurance carrier within 14-45 days. Although we file claims for you as a courtesy, your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract.

Financial Policy

Payment is expected on the day of service. We accept most major credit cards, check, and cash and offer Care Credit should extended payments be needed. Also, we offer an in-house membership plan. Please ask one of our team members for more information on becoming a member. Should there be an indication for other payment arrangements, please discuss so with one of our team members.

As a direct result of COVID-19, we recognize that while many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety. To stem the transmission of this virus, we are following all recommendations from the ADA (American Dental Association) and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) to be sure that our infection control procedures are not only current, but exceed the recommended guidelines.
