Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Sidney A. McKnight, III, DDS

 Dr. McKnight, III, a Kansas City native, did his undergraduate work at the University of Kansas, finishing in 1993.  He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry in 1997 and completed his residency in periodontics in 2000.  While at U.M.K.C., he distinguished himself academically including election to Phi Kappa Phi national honorary society, recognizing top students in their fields.  He brings the latest innovations and techniques in our field and has pursued a special interest and emphasis in dental implants.  Dr. McKnight maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society and the Kaw Valley Study Club.


Dr. Randolph Oliver, DDS

Dr. Oliver, another Kansas City native, did his undergraduate work at DePauw University.  He returned to Kansas City to attend U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry.  Upon graduation, he received the American Academy of Periodontology Annual Student Award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honorary society.  He then completed a residency in periodontics at the University of North Carolina and returned to Kansas City in 1984 to join Dr. Mcknight, III's father in practice.  He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society, the Kaw Valley Study Club and the Seattle Study Club.
